Over the course of a full day, Elaina Vazquez Konstant will cover everything from concept to conception – branding and design, securing a location, negotiating a lease, menu and kitchen buildout, working with a designer, hiring and training a team, lessons learned, and more. The program runs 8:30am to 3:30pm and includes an elegant seated luncheon.

Elaina began her career working for some of the top restaurants in Chicago before moving to Las Vegas to work at Joël Robuchon’s restaurant in the MGM Grand.

Elaina founded catering company Boutique Bites in 2008 and opened private event space BRIQUE in 2014. By 2020 Boutique Bites was a premiere name in the Chicago events industry.
03 / TOWNE & OAK
Elaina opened Towne & Oak, a café and event space in 2020, seeking a new challenge and desire to build a business that fosters community through delicious food and an attractive setting.
