AFTERNOON TEA

Arrival Time
All members of your party must arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled reservation time. If the full party has not arrived within this window, tea service may begin in order to remain on schedule.

Children’s Behavior & Expectations
To maintain a calm and traditional tea setting, children are expected to remain seated at the table at all times. Quiet items such as books or dolls are welcome. Arts and crafts—including crayons, markers, paint, or similar items—are not permitted. Running, playing in the curtains, standing on furniture, or roaming the space is not allowed.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
All allergies and dietary needs must be communicated in advance of your reservation. Without prior notice, we may be unable to accommodate special requests on the day of your visit.

Party Size
We can seat a maximum of 8 guests per table.

Seating Requests
If you wish to be seated with another reservation, please notify us ahead of time (combined parties cannot exceed 8 guests per table). While we will do our best to accommodate, we may not be able to make seating adjustments on the day of your reservation.

Additional Orders & Payment
Any beverage add-ons or additional items ordered during service will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation. Cash payments are not accepted for additional purchases on the day of your visit.

General Tea Etiquette
We kindly ask all guests to treat our china, linens, and décor with care and to keep voices at a conversational level so everyone may enjoy the experience.
